I am studying Translation and Interpreting French and Spanish at the University of East Anglia in the UK. Before, I have worked for several years as a bookseller in the German part of Switzerland, where I have been brought up. My favourite pastime is traveling. I love to immerse myself into foreign languages and cultures. I believe that my exchange year in America, travels to Australia as well as many places in Europe, have greatly shaped my interests and who I am now. I constantly try to improve my language skills and the opportunity to talk German, English, French, Spanish or British Sign Language to people always makes me happy. I also try to live an active and socially enriched life by meeting up with fellow salsa dancers, swimmers, rowers and people from around the world.

I am a translator and conference interpreter in Spanish, English and Italian. During my formation in the University of Malaga, I have studied many different modalities of translation and interpreting. From my experience working as a translator I have demonstrated that I am able to carry out the most accurate translations in a timely manner while adapting to the needs of my customers; I also have experience on team working and on proofreading my colleague’s work. Most importantly, Translating is a task I find very enjoyable, and something I take pride on. Right now, I am searching for the opportunity to express my potential as well as to grow personally and professionally.
